IPC Workers

I you are to choose IPC to do any work in your home I would recommend getting everything detailed in writing and also asking who will be doing the work as well as for a list detailing their experience. When I first booked IPC it was for two projects, a built-in bookshelf and to install the molding and a few transitions after we put new floors in. Two men arrived and I was informed that the younger of the two was unable to do either of the projects that I booked the company to do. The lead tradesman went about doing the moldings but it took twice as long as the three other contractors that I had out to provide quotes said it would and, while the moldings were fine with a few exceptions, the transitions were placed in awkward spots and a few needed to be redone because they were not done correctly the first time. My husband and I spoke with the owner on a few occassions and there was no sympathy for what had been experienced. He told us that we were the only ones to ever call and complain or say anything negative about any work done and then asked if the workers should be fired. Not exactly customer service oriented.
