Please delete if not allowed but we wanted to warn everyone. Just warning everyone that P & L properties has violated so many fair housing laws it's ridiculous. My family and I are in the process of making all complaints federally and through the state as well. We went to look at a house for rent. We were well qualified to rent the home we were interested in. However she refused to actually submit our application legally how she is supposed to. She became jealous of us when we pulled up with 26 in rims on a nice truck owned and paid for and we are a black young high class family. I am so tired of discrimination it makes me cry that we still have to fight for equal rights in society. No one handed us our nice things we worked very hard for it the legal way and we still get treated like crap. Every time we call to check on our app the lady says she will be back in an hour every time. Then I called Elainas cell phone number and she refuses to answer our calls. We just wanted to warn everyone about this company and their tactics. They are super nice to you if you are renting a ran down duplex but if you want to rent a 4 bedroom house and black. Plan to take legal action for your rights. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ONLY LIKE TO RENT TO PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE MUCH LIKE THEM.

This places are horrible. They dont keep up with their maintenance on the homes indoor or outdoor.
