Midland concrete leveling, LLC

I hired Cameron to replace the front steps and walkway to the steps. At his recommendation I also hired him to replace the garage floor. He was very slow to respond to emailed questions before the project began.

By mid-morning of the start date no one had arrived. I called him and learned that "they'll start tomorrow instead". They replaced my concrete as promised, however the new sidewalk has a low spot which means a water puddle. He apologized for it. Also disappointing, they sprayed sealer on the concrete floor when it was 6 hours old. They applied it very unevenly and it was unable to cure correctly on wet concrete.

He came two days later to collect final payment. I showed him the bad sealer job, and the poor finish of my new garage floor. He insisted that I just need to wait 30 days for the "concrete to grey out and it will look fine".

After 30 days he no longer responded to email, phone or text. After 60 days, a friend helped me grind the sealer off and apply new sealer.
