Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If you enjoy being told a car is available when it isn't....repeatedly....and being told to
"sit down and be patient" then this is the place for you. Told 3 times a car was there for me when it wasn't....and not one word of apology for their incompetence.

If at all possible will never use this location for a rental again. I was in the area on business from out of town. I contacted them to arrange for a rental due to an accident that morning. I asked if they would be able to pick me up at the tow truck place. They put me on hold for quite a while. During that time I had to hear their add about how they will always go the extra mile for their customers. When they came back on the line, I was told that I was a mile too far for them to come and pick me up and that I needed to contact the Blue Springs store. I told them I already had, and they were closed. They still insisted that they could not come and get me, so the tow truck company then had to take me to this location to pick up the rental vehicle. Once I got into the store, the guy then proceeded to take all of my information and then right before he was finished with me, he stopped working with me and told me that I needed to wait because the other people that were in the store were there before me and he needed to finish up with them. In the entire time that I was in the store, he hadn't even spoken to them. Needless to say after hearing for several minutes that Enterprise goes the extra mile for their customers and that their customers are very important, this location sure doesn't like to show their company's motto. I have dealt with plenty of other Enterprise locations before and NEVER had as much trouble as I did with this location.

Acted like it was a major problem to pick us up from dealership, when picked up they came in a car that was not appropriate for three people to fit in and was not careful driving and had music blaring. When arrived at the enterprise shop we were told they needed $25 down, when we were not told on the phone that we would need anything. Not impressed.

Fast, very professional staff. Everything was taken care of beforehand, I came in early to make sure I had all documentation needed. The car I chose was perfect for me, and renting a car was hassle free for me from here. Others experiences may vary, but I will use them again. Thanks!

Somebody hit my car going 50MPH; I was at a dead stop. That was less painful and less stressful than getting a rental car from these people.
