Dog's Day Out

The service I have received wouldn't deserve one star! I brought my baby, Lexi to be groomed on a Saturday. It was my first and last visit. There are so many issues I could share, but for now the main issue is there was extreme redness between her eyes as well as her little privates. When I picked her up from the Groomer , she told me that Lexi had an eye infection and could not trim her face, however it was obvious that her face had been groomed. The following Monday I took her to my vet where they informed me that she did not have an eye infection but definately had a bacterial infection due to her being shaved to close and possibly used dirty equipment. The vet put her on 3 prescription medications. I then went into the groomers with photos and Lexi's chart from the vet and she was not interested in discussing the situation with me Her total lack of concern and compassion should be alarming to all pet owners.

No longer in business at this location, I believe they moved to Lee's Summit. It is sitting empty right now
