        Flack has been great. I've had large and small repairs for two cars over about five years and six visits. He only fixes what I ask for and calls me if he sees something he thinks may need to be fixed with my OK. If he says it will be ready it has always been within his estimated time. Price is very fair. He is very polite, professional and reliable.
