        Prompt and efficient. He came the next day, took care of a hornet nest and

        even cleaned up the mess they had made. I would recommend Bill's to friends.

        I am a local Realtor, and have been doing business with Bill Kells and his company for more than 10 years. He has always been prompt and professional, with his inspections or treatments that are requested. He always shows the customer what he finds so you know if he states that you need a pest treatment, that it truly is needed. I feel he charges a fair rate for his services in comparison to other companies in the area that have also completed similar jobs for me. I highly recommend his company to anyone needing an exterminator in the NKY areas.
