I was referred to this company by someone I trust. Unfortunately, my experience was UNsatisfactory, but thankfully short-lived. I guess they deserve 1 star for showing their true colors up front. In revealing their lack of professionalism I was able to dodge what could have been a bullet...or bomb.



My experience: I called 03 July 2014 approx. 4pm, requesting a tow to their shop to have my vehicle repaired. The girl who took my information told me a driver would be sent out shortly and I would receive a call when they were nearby... I don't know what her/their definition of shortly is, but 4 hours later (approx. 8pm), I called back to check on the 'status' or ETA of the tow truck. With a trifling tone, the girl I spoke with earlier said, "We got backed up and I only have 2 drivers, so I couldn't get to your car yet, but someone should be there in 90 minutes." Well, I didn't receive a call about a tow until 10am 04 July 2014--the NEXT DAY. Last time I checked that's 18 hours past the original request and 14 hours past the second request, with which I was provided a 90 minute window.



Even more of a disappointment, no one ever called to say, "We won't be able to make it out tonight, can we reschedule?" This is supposed to be 24hr towing. Never received any professional courtesy whatsoever. The girl never followed up; in fact, the call I received the next morning was from a man who said, he found my information on the counter when he arrived and was wondering if I still need a tow. I replied," no thank you, I can't support a business conducted by unreliable people and that girl was a poor reflection of their company."



I heard they have reasonable prices, it's too bad they don't have reasonable service
