Dr. REGIER is a wonderful Dr. she found the medication regiment that best fits my problem. The only problem I have is with her front desk person, she is really slow, and let's the phone ring off the wall. A couple of times I was in for an appt. the front help listened to the phone just ring and it looked like she was screening the calls. She would answer some calls and not others. Also the other thing I can't stand is that there is absolutely no way to get in contact with her on weekends or days she is not working. My medication was reordered at the pharmacy and the pharmacy waits and waits for her to answer faxes when she is not in the office. there is no one to answer messages. I needed my medicine and called it in on Thursday and since she wasn't working, it still has not been filled because her office is closed. She needs to have an on call Dr. to take her place when she can't be on call. Or at least a message person to get messages of importance to her right away.
