Ultrasound
Ultrasound imaging or Sonography uses sound waves and their echoes to capture the image. Ultrasound does not use radiation. For your ultrasound exam warm gel will be placed on the skin to image anatomy with a transducer that is pressed against the region of interest. Ultrasound is commonly performed on internal organs, fetus in utero, and veins and arteries.
MRI
We continue to invest in technology for greater patient care. Our $2 million Siemens Magnetom Aera 48 Coil 1.5 Tesla MRI scanner is capable of producing incredibly high-resolution images of internal organs — particularly the heart, intestines, and prostate — aiding in accurate diagnosis and treatment.

X-Rays
Nuclear Medicine
Nuclear Medicine uses safe, painless, and cost-effective techniques to image the body and treat disease. It is unique due to its ability to help doctors view how your body is functioning. Exams are completed by using small amounts of radioactive pharmaceuticals given intravenously, orally or by inhalation. After these pharmaceuticals have been given our Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist will image the organ of interest at different times with our Gamma Camera.
Computed Tomography
Imaging Services offers two Computed Tomography scanners. These scanners produce high resolution images giving our Radiologists more detail to better diagnose small abnormalities.
Chemotherapy
Hutchinson Hematology and Oncology provides aggressive treatment for many forms of cancer through coordination of surgery and medical intervention, including inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy, symptom management, and other medical interventions.

As part of our ongoing efforts to best serve the community, we are proud to offer Stryker’s Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Technology, which transforms the way knee replacements are performed. The Mako is able to offer a more predictable joint replacement surgical experience. Through CT-based 3D modeling of a patient’s bone anatomy, we can use the Mako System to create a personalized surgical plan, virtually modify the surgical plan intra-operatively and assist with executing bone resections.

Here at Hutch Regional, we offer a non-surgical approach to rehabilitate dysfunctions of the pelvis. Pelvic floor physical therapy can be utilized to treat urinary or fecal incontinence, post-operative weakness, and/or pelvic pain. Our physical therapist also specializes in caring for pregnant or post-partum mothers.
Occupational Therapy
Our Certified Occupational Therapists help you resume activities of daily living (ADLs). We’ll help you return to life roles that have been interrupted by injury or disease. You’ll learn effective methods of approaching ADLs differently, including use of special equipment for lower body dressing, managing medication in the presence of declining memory or thought processes, and retraining to manage loss of hand or arm function due to stroke or other disabilities.
