        Overall

        I came in for help.with voice mail..la Vaughan Andrews...my account May have been compromised..after my visit. With this individual..family and friends have dramatically changed..ALL people who called ME from that time after my visit to..at& t.office on Melbourne in Hurst..with customers service.la Vaughan. Andrews..could not reach me.
        My number was routed to someone else..I have documented this with customer service..that is exactly what happened
