        Overall

        Have been long-time customer. Young lady who bathed my dog was very nice and accomodating. Price increase recently. I called for a quote, and although I felt it to be too much, 2 days later I called for an appointment and was quoted an even higher amount than the first quote. This girl was rude and a smart-alleck. If you want to keep your customers, you will show them respect and not be a smart mouth. I found a groomer just around the corner for $20 less.
