The Hurricane Rehabilitation Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing, wound care and pain management services, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also provides specialized services for senior adults. The center has been awarded by the American Health Care Association for its quality services. The Hurricane Rehabilitation Center is staffed with registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. Located in Hurricane, Utah, the center is a part of Mission Health Services, which additionally operates nursing homes in Salt Lake City, Pleasant Grove and Jordan City, Utah. Founded in 1990 as a community-based nonprofit company, Mission Health Services has more than 500 employees.
