I purchased my '08 Seadoo Rxt ...

Poor Customer Service...

I purchased my '08 Seadoo Rxt 215 at J&J in 2009. The ski alerted me with a check engine code late yesterday. I brought my ski into J&J first thing Monday morning. After waiting at the service desk for 5 minutes I was approached by a service rep. I told him the model info and engine code. His response: "I have no idea what that is, and just so you know our service department is 2-3 weeks out..." No attempt was made to accommodate me in any way. A simple google search reveals the error code as "exterior temperature circuit low voltage". As a customer who bought the ski at your dealership is it too much to ask to at least take 30 seconds to talk to a tech who may be able to give us some options - other than, your ski is gonna be laid up for 2-3 weeks in the heart of summer. Perhaps it's a simple CPU reset that would take a tech 5 min to complete, or maybe it's a complete rebuild, either way walk a few steps onto the service floor and find out if you don't know, or look it up if that's what it takes.

The sales rep I dealt with the day I purchased the ski told us of how the J&J service dept gives priority to skis bought at J&J. Clearly that was a just a ploy to make the sale. Overall, this was a very poor effort on the part of J&J to keep a customer. My last 5 cars have all come from the same dealer. I am a loyal customer when I am treated as if my business is the reason you are in business.

By the way, my call into Powersports of Cleveland (a 40 minute drive) was greeted promptly and while the service receptionist was not familiar with the code, she took my name and number and said she would find out and call me back asap. That's all it takes J&J. Do a little leg work and keep the customer informed, rather than making me feel like you couldn't care less about my business.

I bought a brand new Kawasaki Teryx from them in 2014. Couldn't take better care of the Teryx and a year-and-a-half later I'm getting news that the cylinders are destroyed, and it's burning oil by the quart. I was passed by 1 year manufacturer warranty. Only reason I went to JJ sales is because I thought they'd be more honest than Roush which was a lot closer. They've done nothing to make anything right. Even left a voicemail for the owner and he never got back to me. So I'm at about 5000 because I chose to to JJ sales for my purchase of a Kawasaki Teryx. Never do business with either again

Ever been to a place that does not care that you are there, walk into j&j and experience it. I had to wait around and finally ask for a salesman to get up from behind his desk for help.

I did purchase a new 4 wheeler and got a flat tire 3 months later.Paid for a new tire up front waited 5 days for a call back before I called them,tire was there. Charged me $23.00 to change and mount tire the wanted an addl $5.00 to dispose of tire.

Will not go back,will not refer,not even a place to wait while work is being done.

Owner must not care about reputation, but I will never spend $7700.in there again.

Total lack of enthusiasm from the sales team. Not very accommodating. The finance guy was good however. Decided to try a new bank for financing which pushed my sales date back a week. Offered to deliver my 2 PWC I purchased to Cleveland because of the issues they were having only to later nix that and say they couldn't. Overall I would not recommend this store to anyone. After spending $16,000 plus dollars I would expect better customer service ESPECIALLY after delaying my ability to make a purchase when I wanted to. I actually didn't get the PWCs until about 2.5 weeks after I walked in and made the deal. It should have been a 24 hour process TOPS. And NO service recovery what so ever. The woman that helped me get the safety materials (life jackets, flares, whistles, etc) was the only bright spot of the entire operation. Very friendly and accommodating.

HORRIBLE!

Before driving one hour I went online to make sure they had a decent showroom to compare different manufactures. There website says they carry three different lines, well we got there and they had only ONE ATV on the floor and had NO new UTVs, only on demo. The worst part was that there were three people standing at the counter when we walked in and it took more than 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. I highly recomend finding another dealer.
