I was referred to this company by a family Members Hospice to provide Caregivers...I was not sure if I wanted to make the change but unfortunately I decided to and was very disappointed by this company from day one I had explained that the family member didn't deal with change very well and was told not a problem and there were set hours we were looking for to sit with the family member and neither aspect was met I had caregivers changing on a constant..caregivers not showing up on time making their own hours..caregivers that did NO SHOWS and when calling and telling director that there was no one there I got I will find out what happened and they did call back right away but still left my family member sitting there without a caregiver I have found some of their caregivers on social media taking pictures of themselves in my family members residence when they are supposed to be caring for their client...I was told by the directors that these caregivers quit and the caregivers are coming to pick up their checks and saying that they never quit that the directors are lying about it to us...I was called and told that they had no caregivers to cover the hours for my family member just hours before a shift was to begin...I have caregivers looking for their checks which this billing system is ridiculous the main office should take care of this not each individual I had caregivers texting me for their checks when their checks were in the arranged spot for pickup. I believe this company only has 3-4 caregivers to refer out and the ones they have are just as irresponsible as the Directors of this branch I will never refer them to anyone and wouldn't want anyone else to go through what my family went through I was hesitant to use them but was referred to them should have trusted my gut instinct...NO REFERRALS for you...
