Impossible to reach. I called several times and left messages before finally getting through to someone.
Once I was able to talk to someone, he didn't take all of my information over the phone and had me text it to him. He said he would set up an appointment for the following Monday and I never heard anything back. I tried calling the day he scheduled the inspection but I never got through to anyone despite leaving voicemails. I never received any confirmation that the inspection had been completed nor any report.
I am sorry that I wasted this much time trying to even contact this company.

Unprofessional, rude, extremely confrontational. I had an issue with these guys walking into to my apartment after not giving me one minute to get to the door the bald guy who it appeared was in charge was extremely confrontational. The next time they came by to do a follow up he made a point to literally beat on my door, i guess because i mentioned not appreciating them walking in without giving me a chance to answer the door the prior time. When they were going through the covers and pillows on the bed he was making rude comments about a stain on one of the sheets , and made a few other comments id rather not share here. Do not use these guys, pay the extra few dollars for Orkin or Terminix.
