Had a bouquet made for my son's date for homecoming. When we picked up the bouquet it had glue strands all around the rhinestones that were glued to the center of each rose. Also, one of the rhinestones was loose and had turned sideways.

When I asked the lady at the register about the poor quality she told me that no one would even notice the hideous glue strands. As for the crooked rhinestone, she claimed that while very loose, it was “not going anywhere”. I demanded that they fix the issues and she begrudgingly made it better, but nowhere near good.

So, if you want a nice arrangement, don’t go here, and if you don’t want a ton of rudeness and attitude by the storekeeper, then stay away. From what I saw, the arrangements done by Spurlock’s Flowers were much higher quality, and that is where I will spend my money next time.

this florist is great! they do the normal stuff well but also some really unique work if u r looking for something different :)
