I took my truck there because a light was on. After a quick check they give an estimate of $9,000.00 USD for repairs. The price was excessive because they said that the DPF was damaged, I ask them just to clean my DPF, after 7 days they did not clean the DPF and they said they need to perform another compression test, they promise to have the test results the next day, next day the test was not done because the technician working on the truck did not come to work.



So, I told them that I need my truck back (9 days after), then I went to talk with the service manager and he told me that if I want to take my truck, I had to tow it, because it was disassembled, I ask them how much time they need to perform the test, the manager said that he could have it at 3:00 pm, I agree to give them one more chance. At 3:00 pm I called back and the service manager told me that thy couldn't perform the test because the tooling was no functioning and he needed 4 more days to get a new tool, so I ask him to give me back my truck in the same way that I delivered, he told me that he had to charge for assembling back even when they did not perform the test. At the end they call me that day at night asking me to pick up the truck.



The worst part, I took the truck somewhere else, they checked the DPF and it was good, only need cleaning.



Bad business ethics.
