        Im honestly not sure where to start....... PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place. The things that I experienced with this place is unreal. I needed to get 6 bridesmaids dresses made for my wedding and after looking AT SEVERAL SHOPS I DECIDED TO GO WITH THIS SHOP BECAUSE IT WAS A FAMILY SHOP AND I WANTED TO SUPPORT THIS YOUNG LADYS (THE OWNER) DREAM. Wrong move.... after my girls were fitted (December 2016) we were promised several return dates for updated fittings. That never happened. I, the bride was told to come in for fabric sampling and bouquet approval. To this day, a week after my wedding, I never saw a bouquet and when I went to look at the fabric, the store was actually CLOSED DOWN, EMPTY, NOTHING, JUST AN EMPTY SPACE. When I called Lyzys cell # it rang and went to a full voice mail. Thankfully I am fluent in Spanish because a lady in the spot next door helped me find them at the other end of the block in another building. No one attempted to call and say "Hey paying customer we moved" These people are rude, very unprofessional, unorganized. They have absolutely no idea what their doing. Daniel seems to be a little more knowledgeable but not much. I constantly had to take off work and drive over an hour just to get any answers. Each visit took anywhere from 1-3 hours just to accomplish nothing because the dresses were HORRIBLE! Stuck zippers, seems didn't match/line up. And none of them fit properly in the bust area. We spent alot of time in their shop only for the dresses to not fit properly. Im the end, I ended up having to do double the work, we had to get the dresses fixed by someone else$ which they couldn't do much to save the dresses because we got the dresses 1 week before my wedding, (10 months after we got fitted) I was smart enough to have my decorator make our bouquets. But my biggest concern was the fact that these people thought that I was an LA county Sheriff's officer because of the uniform that I wear for work, but they still messed me over.

        Horrible Service. I Paid for an expensive dress and they gave me another one, that was another color, another style and wrinkled. Definitely do not recommend it. They did not give me a refund or change the dress.

        I have to say i am beyond disappointed! We came back for our fittings to try on our dress we ordered 2 months ago we get there and guess what? No dresses!! They were beating Around the bush to give us an answer! They said oh no we are only taking measurements ummm i could have sworn you did that 2 months ago with us?!! The wedding is in a month!! Ridiculous! Turns out the lady who helped us never did the paper work mind you we paid for our dresses on the spot to ensure good customer service 2 months ago!! So it was a waste of our time we had braidmaida come from San Diego some of us missed work and it got off early from work for what? To get our measurement again!! Tried to get our money back and take our business else where but its prom seAson chances of finding dresses so close to the wedding is not gonna work we had to take breathers and maybe after an hour they said it would take 15 days for the dresses to get here. Seems like the ladies that work there only want the sales. I ha another bad experience with a lady there not too long ago too. She said i could only try on 3 dresses haha way to get a sale and after she said i couldn't try on the dress bc it was a small to buy the 280 dollar dress and then come back and try it on. Umm really come back and give you $280. No way not gonna happen what if i dont like it and just so i can try it on ok no i pass she she said ok you already tried on 3 and thats the max. Like you were busy!! No one was in the store honey! Whatever as you can see i am upset and so are the rest if the girls in the bridal party dont be too surprised to see a review from them or even the bride!! ( ps you would think after all this hassle they would atleast give us a discount of some sort!)
