Vine desde Guatemala a la fiesta de los 15 de mi sobrina Nataly, el 18 de Julio, y lastimosamente fui una de las muchas personas que se enfermaron a causa de la comida, fue realmente incomodo, doloroso y un gasto que no tenia contemplado en medicina. I regret getting her for my 15s, she lost my baby pictures and kept claiming that she gave them back when she actually didnt, my pre video was all wrong and it came late! We had waiters listed on the contract but she didnt send them and so my guests had to get up and go recieve the food, they gave us some of the things old, the pillow was old and dusty when she gave it to me. And she ended up changing my date too like most of the people on here, i wouldnt recommend people to go here.

I had my Quinceañera here on October 15 and everything came out great! She was able to get me a big salon for more then 400 people and provided food for everyone which was really good .Even the day of my event more people showed up and she had extra tables and chairs so everyone was able to be comfortable . There service is amazing! I got everything with her and i dont regret it at all. I had amazing photographers that were able to print out alot of pictures that same day. My sister had her quince her back in 2014 and everything came out great as well which is why we decided to go back and let her plan my party and it came out amazing . I highly Recomend illusiones Mayra!

Horrible service please STAY AWAY from this thief! They made my friend go several times to the shop didn't have things ready and on the day of the event OCT 1, 2016 My friend and her mom instead of enjoying the party they were having a bad time. Food was not ready the person handling the event kept disappearing . The guy kept leaving the event. The food was not that good especially the beans were hard no salt. My friend bought a package for water and soda for the entire event well that did not happened they stopped about 11pm. The lady told us the event was till 1am but they kicked us out by 12 The cake was homemade. Ugly!! I do better cakes. Please don't spend your money or time on this lady! you WILL regret it!!!

I should have checked all the bad reviews ilusiones Mayra had before I did a contract with them and gave them a non refundable deposit. I just had my daughter's quinceañera this past Saturday at the Riviera Hall in Huntington Park. And it was really bad. My bad review is really long. So if you want to see a complete one check it out on Yelp. The only thing that I could say is don't do any buisness with these people they are full of lies just to take your money. And you won't realize it till the day of your event when it is to late and you can not get a hold of them.

We came to Maya a little afraid cause all the bad review and cause we were so far away from Huntington park but everything cameout perfect and if there was. Something that we wanted or that we forgot she was there to help us she was there from beginning. To the end my daughter was happy my family was happy mission accomplish. If you want to plan any thing or if you want something done right just talk to Maya and she will get it done or will make it right. All that you got to do is talk to her and you'll have a stress free event. Thank you Maya. Familiar De la cruz

OMG THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP I WAS ABOUT TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY SEEM VERY CONVINCING AND A LITTLE DESPERATE .

Horrible service!!! She did not reserve the hall for my wedding... I had to change my date...horrible horrible service... She tried to change my contract... DO NOT go with here!!!!

HORRIBLE! DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. They ruin my sister's wedding. My sister ordered table and chair covers from mayra. first, the covers were the wrong color. Secondly, the wrong shape. Finally, turned in to us late. They don't care!!! They said just cancel the order.

REAAALLY Bad service! Do NOT go with this lady ilusiones Mayra! she will tell you yes to everything when she is trying to get you once she has your money and u signed the paper she completely changes everything. I regret getting her and if i had a second chance i would NOT in a billion years choose her >:(

Muy mal servicio no tiene lista las cosas cuando te dice! Es una porqueria lo q esta señora hace el album cojin y libro de firmas fue un desastre! La quincenera de mi hermana fue en febrero y apenas me entregaron el video casi un año después. En el video no grabaron el vals el fotógrafo no sabia no tomar fotos!!! Es un evento q solo pasa una vez en la vida para q personas como estas lo destruyan!!!

We were told to pick up our suits on Tuesday, but they were the wrong suits . They said they will have them on Thursday, but they will be whatever they can find in the colors we ordered. Of course, they already took our money. I called to discuss the situation and she ended up hanging up on me. I will let you know how it turns out.

horrible service bought a qinceanera dress and cake from them the dress wasn't given to me tiil the day before the event and the cake was delivered at 11:30 the night of the event when everyone was almost gone which was like having no cake at all, I do not recommended this lady I took her to court and she still does not want to give the money back.
