Aryan helped me find a reasonably priced chair for a guest area. Have bought from Living Spaces before a feel as tho I get a good product for the price(s) I’ve paid. Wanted something in stock as shipping times are very long right now. Will be delivered tomorrow (I bought today) at no cost since I will unpack and set up myself (set up only requires 4 legs to be screwed in). I have read reviews of people having bad experiences with Customer Service but I have not needed to contact Customer Service. Hopefully Living Spaces corrects the Customer Service issues; it’s easier for a company to have repeat customers than continually get new customers. Happy customers come back

Sale was quick and easy! Delivery was on time and constant updates made it easy to know when they were going to arrive.

From the moment of being greeted in the store to having our sofa delivered we have received the greatest service. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly in the store. There is great level of attentiveness to customer service (Staff were eager to offer help whenever we had questions and my husband was given a cookie that kept him happy as I roamed around the store for an 1.5 hrs). The selection of furniture was fantastic at various price points. You can get very similar styles as high end brands like west elm and pottery barn for a fraction of the price with no compromise on quality. Check out was quick and fast and we were able to pick the delivery date. You are able to select the mode of notification for delivery and we chose text. This was a breeze, because on delivery day we received a brief text with a link that you simply click on to track and it gives you break down of the whereabouts of your furniture city by city (no more waiting and wondering). We were given a phone call notifying that the deliverers were 45 minutes away. They were prompt and professional and set up was less than 15 minutes. We are incredibly satisfied all around with the service and the quality of our sectional couch. We are definitely coming back in the future to purchase more from Living Spaces.

Great store had everything I needed even a mattress! Awesome environment team members were helpful not pushy like those other furniture stores! No need to go anywhere else! I’ll be back for more!
