I purchased on 12/27/12 my first phone Motorola Atrix from Cellular Country and I was satisfied - it operates well. Even though I bought it for a very affordable price, it has few scratches or marks of use for a used cell phone. I'm glad I bought.

Thanks to Cellular Country for providing me a great phone – Sony Ericsson Vivaz. I expected a used cell phone to have some minor damage or scratches, but mine was in great shape. It has no scratch for a fair condition phone. I’m satisfied with my phone I ordered from them, and fast delivery.

Back in January of 2012 my mom and I a new phones because mine was old and was starting to break and hers was completely broken. I found cellular country on Google. The first time I had ordered from them it was a great experience. However, the problems started when my mom's new phone broke one day after receiving it. I ordered a Palm Pre, for myself, and a LG ENV3, for my mom. Well I didn't know that in order to have a Palm Pre you have to have a data plan so I needed to ship both phones back. So I called the company they said no problem. We will send you a pre-paid packaged envelope and put both phones in the bag. You won't get a refund on the Palm Pre because it is not broken but you will receive store credit for your next purchase.No hassles, no long holds nothing it was simple. About 2 days later I received the envelope to discover that the pre-paid package was only paid for the one phone that was broken. I, being the sensible human that I am, looked at the envelope and was like... "I thought she said to send both phones back in on package?". It was never clarified that the package will say that the one phone is paid for but not the other one but it was still okay to place both phones into the package. It was never clarified that the cost difference, at the post office, will be paid to cellular country. I, being the broke college student that I am< kept the Palm Pre and sent back the LG. Withing a few days I got the new LG and everything was fine. I got a phone from a friend so life was all good. WRONG! About 2 weeks later my mom's 'new' phone broke again! So I called them back up but this time I was given a different answer. I was told that I had to buy a new phone but, that I would be fully refunded for it, including the shipping I would have to pay and since there was a mix up about the Palm Pre I would get a full refund on that phone as well. So I bought a new phone the same model. Well this was back in February 2012. You see, I am theater major in school and we were in the middle of a huge musical production so its not like I had mountains of time to fool around with some silly phones seeing as though I was a full time student along with having to stay at school for an extra 7 hours everyday and being at school for about 6 hours over the weekend. So I had my mom mail the phones back for me. I packaged everything up I put everything that was needed into the box and taped it up and wrote the address down and everything. I called once about every two weeks asking "where is my 104$ refund at??" and reexplaining my story of what happened with the mix up about the package. Every time I would ask "where is my refund" they gave the same answers. It will take two weeks or, my personal favorite, we never received the phones. Months and Months went by still no refund! At some point I had managed to overdraw on my bank account so I had to go to the bank and explain what had happened with the phones and how I was supposed to get a refund back in 2 weeks. They said alright and gave me an extension. Well the bank will only give you so long to pay back a debt otherwise they just close the account down all together.

omg best place ever they charge no tax and i received my order in 3 days awesome phone i purchased an htc touch pro 2 and it was just unbelievably great will defenetly be shopping there again i highly recommend cellular country. :))) i am seriously 100 % satisfied.
