        OrthoCarolina, also known as OC, is one of the largest orthopedic practices in the United States. Founded in 2005, it maintains a staff of more than 70 individuals. The center specializes in the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of injuries. OrthoCarolina also offers treatment services for bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, nerves, tendons and other soft tissues. It maintains sports medicine, spine, pediatric and hand centers. The center also operates the OrthoCarolina Foot & Ankle Institute. OrthoCarolina provides urgent care, personal training, and physical and hand therapy solutions. In addition, it maintains locations in Monroe, Huntersville, Gastonia and Matthews in North Carolina.

        Have had shoulder surgery with Dr. DeLay - twice. first for right shoulder, now with left. I am completely satisfied with the results - and have received great treatment from all of the staff from the minute i walk ib, through the nurses and doctors.

        Felt unimportant. Other patients came in, said they had no appt. However, I was left to wait while they were served. Rude and unprofessional. Many more issues I could write. But I don't have time. They do not deserve a 1 star even. The whole staff is pompous and arrogant. Cares little for client's without required "clout" (whatever they define it as)? Changed pt offices!
