Dental Examination
Hershey Dental Associates care for a wide variety of patients, from young children to older adults. All of our dentistry is mercury safe, fluoride free, and extremely comprehensive. From the new patient exam to extensive treatments, our first priority is always your health. We focus on your oral hygiene like it is our own.
X-rays
Oral Cancer Screening
The initial exam will last approximately one hour and a half hrs in which we begin to get to know our patients both professionally and personally. We address any concerns you may have, take a set of full mouth X-rays (using our low-dose Digital X-ray machine), and review and discuss every xray with you. We take a full series of educational photographs so that we can tour your mouth together to help you understand what we see, and answer any questions and concerns you may have about your oral health care. We will also discuss and review together your complete medical history, medical concerns, medications and supplements. You will receive a head and neck exam, an oral cancer screening, and full TMJ evaluation. We will then complete a thorough intra/extra oral exam, review all of the clinical findings, and together create a customized treatment plan that fits your lifestyle.
