        There is rude and unprofessional and there is Drivers auto repair. Any positive reviews had to be done by paing service. Never going back!!!

        BEWARE OF SCAMS

        Went in for routine oil change special. First the tried to pitch me that my power steering fluid & transmission fluid is "horrible". Little did they know I had just done a 50k dealer maintenance on the vehicle and both fluids were fine. I called my dealer back (very reliable service) and he literally pleaded at me to not let them touch the transmission. Apparently my transmission is a sealed system with a very expensive 200k mile approved synthetic. Checked my manual & multiple forums and this is correct information: the synthetic naturally darkens. 2) my vehicle has EPS and does not require PS fluid. Again I checked manual and forums and sure enough I only need it if the EPS fails & it never needs to be flushed just check the level. AND THEN the tell me my pads need to be changed because they're less then 20%. Again talked to my mechanic and he said that means there's about 10-15k miles left on the breaks!!! Then the go and tell me I have a cracked gasket because the oils leaking. I took it to my wonderful dealer who showed me my gasket and a brand new one... it wasn't cracked the overfilled the stupid thing.



        DON'T PAY THEM FOR REPAIR WORK GET A SECOND OPINION!!!
