Carus Dental - Humble

Was to had a deep clean with hygienist aprille she saw that I was nervous and did nothing to help she didn't even smile. She acted like she was frustrated because I

was anxious. She is a trained proffisonal and should have know how to work with her patients. So I was sitting there waiting to see what they would do, she came in and told me, " what are you still doing here, we can't help you here." I was shock, both at what she said and how she said it. Nobody should ever be treated in this manner especially by someone who should have been a professional. I reported her rudeness to the office manager not sure if anything will be done about it though. She was rough and not gentle at all. I never want to see her face again so disrespectful and unprofessional. I changed dentist because of her.

I will never use another Carus Dental for the rest of my life. I was treated with such disrespect. I am truely disgusted by the organization and professionalism of this office and company. This office made a error with my paperwork and did not communicate the mistake with thier corporate office. Thier corporate office sent my collection notices and threats to my credit over a debt that was incorrect because of this office's disorganized manner.



I AM EMOTIONALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!



Recently I had a teeth cleaning from Carus Humble TX. The office manager sent my claim in electronically...twice. On my insurance card printed in PLAIN ENGLISH are the words...ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MAILED TO ..and the address for the insurance company is there. Mean while Carus's corporate office was sending me collection bills for an amount that the insurance company should have paid, however because of the Humble office's lack of organization there was an outstanding debt. DURING THIS ENTIRE PROCESS THIS OFFICE DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE SO I REPEATED GOT COLLECTION BILLS AND THREATS. That IS SO OUTRAGOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!
