It started out very professional and I felt comfortable bringing my damaged vehicle (w/ plpd insurance) there to possibly be fixed if affordable. I was told it would take 1-2 hours to get an estimate and decided to have them check out my jeep. My jeep hit a guard rail and had damage to the rear tailight/bumper and front headlight/bumper. The mechanic gave me the total. It wasn't worth the amount of money to be fixed and I decided not to go through with it (which happens). Supposedly he told me it was in so many pieces that it wasn't drivable when it was perfectly drivable to get there. The damage was all cosmetic with no damage to the engine, radiator, etc. He told me he spent four hours (when initially he said 1-2 hours the day before I brought it in) on the estimate and would not put it back together.
