John Peterson was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of looking for and purchasing a new home. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

I was assigned John via Zillow at a time when I was anxious to see a listed property right away. He contacted me within an hour and was responsive both in timing and understanding of my requirements. My targeted property was off the market but John provided similar houses for me to visit. My search is temporarily on hold but when I'm ready to continue, I will definitely contact John. And this, despite the fact that I have many friends in the area who sell real estate. It was a good fit.

Trevor has now helped me buy or sell three properties. I HIGHLY recommend him. Most recently, I decided to investigate and then move after happening to walk by a cute, small house in downtown historic Hudson that was for sale. I called Trevor to navigate the purchase with me - and am glad I did, when a competing bid arose at the last minute. His advice was invaluable and I was able to secure the new house. While that was going on, Trevor advised me on the potential sale of my existing house in Hudson. While some fixing up was necessary, he was able to coach me on what was essential to do and what in fact the new owner might prefer to do. Within a day or two of signing my listing contract with Trevor, he had my existing house online and on the market. And after only 2 days on the market, he secured me a full ask offer! A bit of good fortune too, yes, but skillfully thought through and executed by Trevor. He then helped me to stagger and schedule the two closings with only a week-10 days between them, such that I had time to move, but only a short time having to cover carrying costs for both properties. Searching for the home I intend to spend the rest of my life in was a big challenge. Selecting the right Realtor is important; in my experience, your choice can make or break the deal. Trevor Moran from the Truss Group is the realtor I selected online and called. I told Trevor of my desire to buy a house in Hudson. Travel from Florida was complicated due to COVID-19. Trevor suggested he take me to the homes I wanted to see while we face timed. Trevor spent his Saturday showing me Hudson. He educated me on the Real Estate market in Hudson and answered all my questions. At the end of the day, I went into contract to purchase an 1850 Victorian in Heart of the Village.
