Time and money lost very frustrated

Pool town messed up every step of the way! They installed pool with wrong amount of jets, left a gap in the patio in which they thought we were getting a waterfall and we werent. There are small holes in the linear and they refuse to fix it. They are criminals that want all of their money up front and give you a terrible job in the end! Now may have to file suit to get anywhere with them. DO not deal with Carl salesmen as he sells you the pool and turns his back to you the rest of the way!

Your not covered when your liner floats from to much rain or snow. They're hurting so bad they laugh at your contract that covers everything,what a crock . They want 700 to a 1000 dollars to fix it .good luck doing it on your own.I have to do mine again because of the rain,cause I'm not covered because it was an act of God,you were warned.I'm just trying to help you.

seriously folks - dont goof around. my wife and i were shopping like crazy trying to find a killer pool and hot tub in nj. we are located in new york city and have a summer home in new jersey and we really didnt know the area. we looked everywhere and spoke to everyone. our house is in ocean county but they are located in monmouth county. anyway it is the place to go. knowledable sales guys, no fuss and fighting over price its easy as sunday. seriously. why are you still reading this and why arent you buying a pool.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Pool Town. We all decided that I would be the contact person for my family so there was no miscommunication whatsoever. They were there when they said they would be and their crews were polite and efficient. I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors.
