My cat was lethargic, dehydrated, not eating, and very sick. Took him in Monday for 2.5 hours for testing and was told I could get the results the next day. I called three times on Tuesday and the receptionist said she would leave notes for the doctors. Wednesday was 4th of July. Called Thursday morning and said she would leave a message for the doctor but still no call. Hopefully I will receive a call tomorrow. Small time vet, expensive, slow, and horrible service.
Truly the BEST veterinary care in Livingston County, the compassion and sincere interest in our cats and dogs health and well being is way above a 5-star rating. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who go the extra distance to help.
