Big ray’s quick lube is the best !! They are always professional, friendly, knowledgeable & always helpful. All of these gentlemen do very good ,young was the last one to service my compass! The sisters will Always return and would absolutely recommend them!

Best place to will ever find! Honest & friendly & will work with you. Repairs always come in at or below estimate. In the last 2 weeks I've had front brake pads & rotors & drivers side front wheel bearing. My jeep runs like a dream. Couldn't be happier with my experience. So thankful to have found a place I can trust to do quality work on my car.

I had an Amazing experience getting just my oil changed. It's sounds funny to say that about an oil change but the service was exceptional and went above and beyond. I'm a nursing mother and my son was just screaming in the back and they started asking me questions about the car and I said I'm sorry can you do all this for me so I can get in the back and nurse my son. 😳 Not even blinking they said absolutely. They took care of everything so fast I was done in probably 10 minutes and on my way. I think their service exceeded expectations. I tell everyone to go here.

Big Ray’s is the only place I trust my automotive repairs. Recent my daughter’s Liberty had some urgent repair needs. Sam took the Jeep in at a moments notice to address the problem. He fixed the problem, ensured I knew exactly the work that was done to include showing me pictures of the problem and repairs, and didn’t over charge me. He cares about his customer and always ensure he provides quality services at a fair price.

I would recommend these guys for any of your quick fix needs, they have exceptional service, and are very quick. I have taken all of my vehicles here for years and have never been overcharged or had a problem.

These men did a wonderful job. Very friendly and quick during my oil change! Highly recommend going here!!

I would give them zeros starts if it was an option. They changed my oil and then said they could fix other other issue with my car. The idiot employees keep quoting me random numbers "this piece would be 300$ new". Well they couldn't fix my car, it turned into a 160$ oil change. Don't go here. These people have no idea what they are doing.

Had a wonderful experience! Major work was done, and done well! We (2 women0 were treated with the upmost respect! We were charged a lower amount that any other maintence shop quoted us! Very happy with their service!!

I went to Big Rays Quick Lube today to get my oil changed.

I bought the 5K Oil Change plus an air filter for a total of $58.24

When I presented their coupon, they had to call the owner, because they had never seen it before. It was for $50 off.

After discussing it the owner stated that he would not accept the coupon

because I did not present it before the service and stated that the

coupon was not for oil changes.

I pointed out that *the coupon did not state any of these conditions*. They said they do not write their own coupons, it was the publishers fault.



I said that is not true, any owner that advertises should always see a

prof of the ad. If there are errors they can be corrected then. If they did

not prof the ad, before publishing, then it is up to the business owner to

honor the discount. I was stunned that they placed the blame on the publisher.



I told them I will not be returning and if the owner want to call me, I

left my number.

I wish I could give less then 1 star.
