        Horrible service

        I used the ballet service at the mall in Katy tx. As the mall was closing we made our way to the front where we dropped our car with ballet originally. The cart/stand was gone. No one knew where it went or any contact info for the company. My vallet ticket also did not have any contact info on it. We had to cross the freeway and go to the hotel the company was based out of. The front desk told us that the parking company with a subcontractor and wasn't sure where the vehicle was. After finding a parking attendant there was nobody else on-duty but him and he had to go get the vehicle from across the street which took him 40 minutes to get us our car. Horrible company will never use them or recommend them for anything
