West End Bicycles

Thor at west-end bike shop is fantastic we recently moved to river oaks and my grand son is staying with us we thought we needed a valve or tube replacement and could not find a local shop open till 12pm we only had a certain amount of time to fix the bike , west end opens at 10 am Thor not only helped us but explained it was a certain type of valve and the inner tube was fine he filled it and explained the differently valves to us at no cost and sent us on our way , my experience at another local bike-shop had cost me 30 dollars thank you THOR AND WEST-END !!!!!!!!!!!! :) :D ill be sending my gran children's bikes

The guys at WestEnd are the best in Houston....PERIOD! No one else even comes close to matching their dedication, knowledge & level of service. PBS channel 8 even did a documentary spot on them & named them a Houston Hot Spot. Local bikers know... this is THE place! They don't try to pressure or over-sell you. They don't rush you & they are willing to take the time to answer all your questions and give you info you didn't even think to ask. If I could give them 10 starts , I would. (and little extra bonus- You never know who you might see patronizing this hidden away shop, there have been some pretty BIG names walk through that door!) Ask for Chad or Daniel, if you can.

my wife and i didn't know anything about bikes and the guys at west end made the experience great. we had shopped at another store before we visited west end and i'll tell you the difference was night and day. while the other place seemed to think that a sale is made by simply listing prices until you bite, the guys at west end took a much more personal approach by finding our level of interest and what would best suit our lifestyle. daniel asked us plenty questions to find out more about what we were looking for, told us about the bebefits and drawbacks of the different styles, and encouraged us to take our time in making our decision and try everything out. we left the store having spent much more than i expected but i can tell you that both my wife and i felt great about the purchase. it was a great shopping experience and i would definitely recommend a visit to west end bicycles.
