        Overall

        Not sure why the technician needed to move my headrest to do an inspection, but he did, and broke it. Also left greasy fingerprints on headliner. Should have known things here were sketchy since the window allowing customers to see into the work bay was covered with plywood. Please take your vehicle somewhere else, unless you want problems.
