Mr. Raul “Roy” Ortega my (SSFV Agency) Veterans Social Services Manager needs to be recognized and acknowledged for his “outstanding Exemplary case Manager’s Experience” in providing Professional, Prompt, and Courteous social services to Texas Disabled Veterans who were economically, emotionally, and physically inured and affected by the unprecedented C-19 Flu Pandemic and the (2) Dark Texas Artic Winter Ice Storms that caused severe damage to our local Houston Neighborhoods and Communities since March 03, 2020. I can not thank Mr. Ortega and his staff, Mr. Peter Gibson, Ms. Susan King, and each and every employee/workers/managers who had preserved and assisted 10’s of thousands if not over 250,0000 Victims, Family, and Laid Off Texas Disabled Victims, disabled, “gig” economy underemployed employees, who were struggling before the Novel Corona Flu Pandemic and were doubly injured by the recent URI Texas Artic Ice Storms that ravaged us in February 2021.

May God Bless each and Everyone of the Houston Salvation Army (SSFV Agency) Employees, Staff, and Case Workers, and Managers Staff who diligently took on the odds of accommodating so many families, victims and so forth
