        They will cheat you in anyway ...

        They will cheat you in anyway possible. They are supposed to charge standard UPS rates. They don't. They claim the rates come from the "computer". In fact, they make them up. Go to the actual UPS Store at 2429 Bissonnet Street, Houston, TX (713) 529-4132). You will be charged less and get better service. I called the UPS Store and got quotes on packages and checked the quotes against the UPS online system. They matched.
