Mister Car Wash

Do not patronize this car wash!!!! This facility ripped my bumper off and they refused responsibility. Chris Railey, the manager, acted as if he was not concerned. After obtaining a claim from a body shop stating it was something done in there wash terminal, Chris was a complete jerk and very unconcerned. I must take responsibility because several times I've gone there and have been unhappy and had to go back so that they can clean missed spots. Taking them to court would be a complete waste of time and money, so instead, i'd like to warn future customers. I guess it was nice of Chris and the Incompetent weekend manager for at least acknowledging the fact that it was found in their wash terminal, all banged up with paint missing.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. I took my car there 3/15/2012 in excellent condition with no scratches and left there with a long black mark down the side of car. I told the manager but I could not prove it. I take very good care of my car now it has this long black mark down the side.

They also half cleaned it...after it came out of the wash they wiped it down with a dirty towere and left dirty smear marks. I suggest DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO COOPERFIELD CAR WASH. THEY WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP.
