Massage Envy

I've been here twice. The first time was ok. What I did not like/appreciate was that the masseuse casually thrust in my hand a tube of the massage gel she had used with a simple "here you go". I thought it was free and came with the service, only to be charged $15 upon check out. She could have at least tried to sell it to me properly.I let that slide. The second time I went there, I was made to fill out paper work again because they could not "locate my file". Also, my session started 10 minutes late and ended 12 minutes early. I was dumbfounded. I had a gift card so it didn't really hurt my pockets, but still... Anyway, I will not be going back. I literally live behind this location and can walk to and fro, but I'm willing to try another establishment that offers better services even if I have to drive for miles.

It could be a lil more ulscale, because it is a little pricey.! But no complaints, its as good as most Spas I've visited in the last 5 yrs.
