Allen the owner is a disrespectful and rude a hole. This place is also a small dealership with their own in house financing. The first time I had an issue with Allen was I had taken my car in for repairs. They were going to replace the clutch. Well it took them like two weeks to figure out why the new clutch was not working in the car, when I got the car back the clutch was really hard. I had to really crank that thing down in order for me to switch gears. Well a few months maybe three or four went by and it finally gave out. I could not witch gears anymore. Given that I had been dealing with Mark that is a really nice man, and given that we were still financing a car through them I left things like that and had it fixed by someone else on my end. When I would call to check on the car, to see if it was ready. Allen was always rude. He told me that he was frustrated and the his mechanics didn't have all day to try and figure out what was going on with my car. That I was destroying his business and that it was taking up parking space. I remember mentioning it to Mark which was really nice again like always and let it go. Well today 6/11/14 I called simply to speak to Mark and ask him a question and Allen answered the phone. Instead of telling me Mark was not there today, or Mark was not available. He went to asking me what I wanted and what my name was. I gave him my name and then he said that he was the owner and that he made all the decisions and if I had something to say that I could tell him. I told Allen I didn't want to speak with him since he had previously been rude and he then told me he was going to be if I didn't listen to him. So I said I don't want to speak to you and hung up the phone. The car we finance through does suck as well. That is partly our fault however, I don't really know what we were thinking but we honestly didn't even test drive the car. We just trusted them, bad choice yes I know. When I hit the brake it clucks, it did it since the beginning. A few months after we purchased it started making this horrible screeching noise, I mean I was in fear driving the car. We took it to Pep Boys and they gave us and $800 estimate and they said the whole bottom of the car was rusted. They asked if it had been in water, of course we didn't know. The engine light is always on and when they have looked at it they say its a bad sensor and that there is nothing wrong with the car. Also at the beginning it would turn off when I was stopped. It would turn off when I was at a red light. They did fix that, at least I think. That is if they didn't do a mickey mouse. I would never recommend or think about financing another car through them. Never, not in a million years. I feel bad for Mark that he is in partnership with an a hole like Allen. A good suggestion to Allen would be, maybe take some customer service classes and learn how to treat your clients. I have to choose a star rating, but if I could choose zero stars I would. Although the one star I'll give just because Mark has always been helpful and nice.

KEEP GOING! I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THEM OCT.2013, A 2000 HONDA ACCORD. 2 DAYS LATER I HAD TRANSMISSION ISSUES. THEY ASKED ME TO BRING BACK TO THEM. THEY GAVE ME A LONER, TOLD ME BE CAREFUL IN THE LONER CAR AND IF I GOT STOPPED BY A POLICE JUST TELL THEM I WAS TEST DRIVING. 2 DAYS LATER I WAS CALLED SAYING THAT MY CAR WAS READY. DROVE OFF THE LOT TO ONLY HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. TURNED AROUND AND GAVE THEM THE CAR BACK AND RECEIVED THE LONER AGAIN (BY THE WAY THATS A PIECE OF CRAP CAR ALSO)! THEY CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY SAYING HOW THEY DROVE THE CAR FOR A HOUR AND ITS FINE! DROVE TO PICK UP MY CAR.....SAME THING! THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THAT THEY COULD NOT FIX THE CAR AND WAS WILLING TO SWAP ME INTO ANOTHER CAR. I SIGNED SOME PAPERS THAT I FOUND OUT WAS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO DO. ANYWAY I WAS PUT INTO A 2005 PONTIAC AZTEK THAT BY THEY WAY BOUGHT MY MONTHLY NOTE UP AN EXTRA $25 A MONTH. 2 WEEKS LATER IT STARTED RUNNING HOT!! CALLED THEM UP....GOT THE ILLEGAL LONER AGAIN WITH NO REGISTRATION & INSURANCE. 2 DAYS LATER THEY CALL AND SAYS I HAVE A CRACKED RADIATOR. I GAVE THEM $160 FOR THE PARTS. IT WAS READY 3DAYS LATER. DROVE THE TRUCK FOR 4 DAYS "SAME THING...RUNNING HOT!" LONER AGAIN.....BLAH BLAH THIS BLAH BLAH THAT! TO SUM IT ALL UP I HAVE BEEN BACK 3 ADDITIONAL TIMES SINCE THEN...WATER PUMP...THERMOSTAT...FAN...AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! SO Y WONT THEY JUST FIX THE HEAD GASKETS?? MY GUESS IS AS GOOD AS YOURS! THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEY ARE FIXING THESE ISSUES AND THEY ARE PAYING FOR THESE PARTS SINCE I REFUSE BECAUSE I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR A RADIATOR THAT I FOUND OUT WAS NOT TRUE FROM A MECHANIC. HE STATES THE RADIATOR SHOULD BE SHINY AND NOT BLACK AND OLD! EVERYTHING THEY CLAIM THEY ARE DOING IS FALSE! I AM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING A COMPLAINT AND ESPECIALLY ON THE LETTER THAT I SIGNED TO SWITCH ME OUT OF THE 1ST VEHICLE. THIS IS MY 2ND VEHICLE IN 3MONTHS. DRIVE BY AND KEEP GOING IF YOU DO NOT WANT TRASH!! THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING AND THEY WILL HAVE AN ATTITUDE AS WORST THAN YOURS. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CHANCE TO GET COMFORTABLE IN MY TRUCK BECAUSE I HAVE TO KEEP RUNNING OVER TO THEIR LOT. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THAT. THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING ME SOME TYPE OF FAVOR!

I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING MY 2007 COROLLA. I CAN DEFINITELY SAY THEIR PRICES ARE AMAZING! I'VE BEEN TO SO MANY CAR DEALERS IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS... SOME HAD CHEAPER PRICES BUT THEY DID NOT OFFER THE SAME SERVICE AS KWIK AUTO CREDIT DID AND IT SEEMED LIKE NONE OF THEM STOOD BEHIND THEIR CARS... I WAS GOING CRAZY! THANK GOD FOR THESE GUYS THEY REALLY CAME THROUGH AND MADE IT EASY FOR ME. THEY GOT ME A LOWER RATE THEN MY BANK. THEY WEREN'T PUSHY AT ALL, I HAD MY WHOLE FAMILY GO SEE THIS CAR AND THEY ALL THOUGHT THE SAME. I LOVE MY CAR!!! THANKS MARK

DON'T GO THERE

THIS PLACE IS BAD, DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE TO BE FIXED, IT WILL BE WORSE THEN WHAT IS WAS BEFORE YOU TOOK IT THERE. AND DON'T BUY ANY OF THERE JUNK CARS,THEY CAR TRASH AND THEY WANT TO KEEP BRING IT IN LIKE YOU WANT TO LOOK AT THEM EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK, THESE IS THE WORSE PLACE IN TOWN TO GO TO GET YOU CAR FIXED OR BUY A CAR FROM RUN FAST AWAY FROM THEM THE OWNER ACT LIKE YOU OWN THEM SOMETHING LIKE YOU ARE DOING THEM THIS BIG FAVOR. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY DON'T LIKE PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT RACES.
