I've rented from the before with no issues but this last time was my LAST time. They didn't provide a generator which they had previously done but they assured me that I could use the outlets at the park. When they arrived almost 2 hours late they rushed setting up to get the remaining balance so that they could hurry and leave. The park ranger came over and told us we couldn't use the outlets for a moonwalk bc it didn't supply enough power. I went back me forth with them on giving me the money back I had paid them. They wanted to keep the full 200 that I gave them. Which was ridiculous! The young girl at the store said that it was my fault but the older guy that delivered gave me back the money I had just given them but kept the deposit which was fine. But I will NEVER rent from them again! Bad communication and customer service

I will always rent from them very good people love the service .the lady will always come back if forgot something at no charge.nice clean and very friendly

Hole in the wall... but i found what i was looking for, the lady made me a pinata from scratch!!! like seriously !!! I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she made it! i rented a moonwalk and it was clean!!! i had rented in another place and they smell like feet!!!

irresponsible because they forget to deliver certain items and then want to make you pay extra. they don't secure the moonwalks properly.
