Jump For Fun

This place honestly does suck! I went to a friends birthday party this past weekend and while the kids were jumping the moonwalk started to deflate on its own due to that it needed more gas because it ran out. My friend then calls the company to let them know that they needed more gas bc the person who came and dropped it off left it with only half a tank. The ppl were very rude and told her that it wasn't there fault it ran out of gas so my friend then calls the owner Richard London who immediately was very rude and disrespectful by calling all sorts of names like "stupid" and a "dumb hillbilly" WAT KIND OF COSTOMER SERVICES IS THAT ANYWAYS?? That is not the way you treat ppl at all. The owner then told my friend that he would only refund her $3.00 bc that's how much it would have taken her to go get some gas to continue the party!! First of all A**hole this is your business and if you're going to run things like that than u will never be successful, I have seen nothing but bad reviews about your business and it doesn't look like things are going well for u! U just lost a customer and I'm sure you'll loose a lot more

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a reservation for a jumper to be delivered between 7-10 am for an 11 bday party. At 10:15 I called the company to see where they were, I was told they would be at my home in 20 min. At 10:45 I called back and they said they would not be at my home until 12. The party started at 11. The people were very rude. I spoke with a manager, Rebecca and she was not apologetic and extremely rude. The equipment did not show up until 12:30. I asked for the owner to call me and of course they have not. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I can about my experience.
