It is a resource and education center established to teach others simple ways to achieve optimum health. Since 1994 the Life Extension Center has grown from working with individuals to expanding into the corporate and fitness clubs. The Certified Nutritional Consultant Course was developed for the purpose of training consultants, personal trainers and fitness experts on simple, practical approaches to extend the quality of life of their clients.
