I brought some men's dress shirts to be cleaned. Two were fine, but the third was had a large rip that makes the shirt unusable. When I returned, the first clerk offered store credit or to replace the shirt, but said that I had to talk to the clerk that took the shirt in. I returned the following day to talk to that person and was essentially told that I had brought it in damaged and that she would do nothing to correct the situation. When I asked why I would want a damaged shirt cleaned, I was told that people want their damaged clothes cleaned. Between the poor service and the damaged shirt, I will not be visiting this place again. I will go to Ryan's in the Randall's shopping center at the other end of the block. I might have to get out of the car, but the people have been pleasant and I have never received anything damaged.
