If a "0" star rating was possible, that is what would be given. The floral spray that was delivered DID NOT at all resemble the spray that was ordered through Teleflora website. IT WAS HORRIBLE and an embarrassment. Had I known ahead that this was the shop that would receive the order, I would have asked Teleflora to use another florist. I have notified Teleflora and am sending a photo of what was received. I do not recommend this florist and recommend that, for their professional reputation, Teleflora cease using them. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A FLORIST IN MY LIFE.

FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED "OLD" OMN SATURDAY.

Horrible!!! DEAD flowers were delivered to me from this shop via FTD. Can't believe a business that sends out flowers that look like this is still in buisness. Wish I could post pictures. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

To say the flowers I received for my birthday from my sister are beyond tacky and cheap looking is an understatement. She would be mortified if I sent her a picture of what this place sent and I can't bring myself to do it....but I need to do so. If she paid over $6.99 for the entire 'arrangement' (and I use that term loosely, she got ripped off royally. A small cheap vase, 'funeral flowers' were used and someone glued a Happy Birthday balloon on a stick and crammed it into the vase. PLEASE FOLKS, when you order flowers from out of town (even in town) make CERTAIN YOU TELL THEM NOT--THAT'S NOT--TO ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF FLORIST. In fact, they should be ashamed to call themselves florists. I have them upstairs in a corner because they are so ugly. This thing was delivered late Saturday afternoon and I've already had to discard about half of them. This Tuesday. They are embarrassing. vrm

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I reside in Lakewood, Ohio. I ordered flowers from Teleflora; I "SPECIFICALLY" stated, "I DID NOT WANT A SUBSTITUION" if the Snoopy Christmas arrangement was not available. This information was passed to Creations From The Heart Floral Shop, from Teleflora. I made an attempt to call Creations From The Heart floral shop myself, and was not only greeted by what sounded like an oriental person that could hardly speak clear English, but was also told, "They did not care whether order was right or wrong, as long as they got paid". Once reported to Teleflora of poor customer service, this shop will not get paid from Teleflora. To add insult to injury, this pitiful excuse of this floral shop will now drive back to recipients home to pick up the wrong floral arrangement, that by the way, was the most hideous Christmas looking arrangement!!!!! So to the business Creations From The Heart located on 10803 Brooklet Dr, Houston, TX 77099, I say, " I don't care if you get paid"!



Kudos to First Colony Florist in Sugar Land, Texas for fixing your pitiful attempt to please a paying customer!!!!!

HOUSTON BEWARE THIS IS THE WORST FLORIST I HAVE EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE DEALT WITH. dead disgusting flowers and even worse 'arrangement'

My daughter sent me a flower arrangement via Interflora. Now we know that Interflora is not cheap but is only as good as the florist that makes up the arrangement. Well when I answered the door to the delivery man I thought "Oh my god, who's died" there was the most horrible assortment of flowers literally stuffed into an equally disgusting unattractive deep purple funeral vase. The flowers were deep orange lilies and red and pink chrysanthemums just shoved in this vase. No ribbon, no greenery nothing. Spoke to my daughter who knew I hated lilies and chrysanthemums and had ordered white an pink flowers, the complete opposite of what I received. So I complained, well tried to. The man and lady who spoke to me were ignorant and couldn't have cared less. No apology, nothing. Infact put the receiver down on me. SO WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Supermarket flowers are 100 times better and loads cheaper. One star is too good for this company

This company is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I ordered my husband a snack basket from a local floral shop for his 40th birthday. He was out of town so I had them delivered to him in Houston. The local shop wired it over to this terrible company.



1. The main stipulation on this order was a 40th birthday balloon. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If they did not have the balloon then they were advised not to accept the order. Well guess what....no 40th (9.00 mylar) balloon yet they accepted and delivered it anyway. The only reason I had this delivered was because it was his 40th.



2. This gift basket was obnoxiously expensive (75.00). I didn't mind paying for it but I was expecting something nice. What he got was 2 snack bags of cookies, 1 snack bag cheez-its, 1 snack bag of pretzels, a bag of microwave popcorn, 14 snack size candies, and 2 fiber one bars!! Yes I said fiber one bars!!!!!



3. I called my local florist and they were very helpful and took care of me in the end. Before my local florist assisted me I attempted to contact this store. After several calls I spoke to a "manager" and began to explain (obviously not with a pleasurable tone of voice) and before I could get past my sentence she stopped me and said "I don't respect your tone and if you are not going to be nice to me then I am not going to be nice to you." She continued reprimanding me for a little while and then she said "do you understand?" I was dumbfounded and the next words out of my mouth were "What is your name?" She said "Bye!" and hung up!!!!!!



Thankfully my local shop has an understanding of customer service and they filed a complaint for me and took care of me from their end. These people should be taken off of the Telafloral list!! I would not have my worst enemy do business with them!! Very pathetic!!

Horrible customer service. Horrible product. Do not trust your good intentions and money to these people. Worst experience with a florist I have ever had. I will be calling FTD to report them as soon as possible.

I co-manage a retail store myself and do business with florists in the Houston area as I have family down there.



If you're on the fence about this shop because reviews rarely come from anyone but the unhappiest customers, I can assure you that this shop's low rating is very much deserved. Please do not give these people your time or money, as they have been nothing but rude and unhelpful to me and obviously many others.

I ordered flowers from this place and I was so embarrassed when I saw the actual flowers. I called the shop to inform them. The owner got on the phone and told me she's never gotten a complaint in the 18 yrs she's been in business. After reading these reviews, she is clearly mistaken or confused.The owner is also extremely rude. I told her the flowers were horrible looking and she asked does a big mac actually resemble the picture that is shown. This place is a complete joke! DO NOT GO HERE

AWFUL!! I ordered pink roses (FDE-204 - Pure Perfection) for my daughter what we got was crappy sunflowers that are not worth the $102.11 I paid!!!! Thanks for ruining a lovely young lady's day!!! YOU SUCK AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!

TOrdered flowered in a cake shape $80 they were wilted looked as though they were dropped. Called they owner John he said add water. They were just delivered. He told me good luck getting my money back and hung up. RUN DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. I called back three times got hung up on every time. Worst experience ever.

WONDER WHAT KIND OF "HEART" IT IS? DREADFUL ARRANGEMENT SENT FOR A LATE MOTHER'S DAY GIFT. NO RESPONSE FROM FLORIST; ONLY A MILD "SORRY" RESPONSE FROM FTD.COM. FILED COMPLAINT VIA BBB AND FINALLY FTD.COM REIMBURSED ME FOR THE COST OF THE ORDER. THIS FLORIST, THOUGH, NEVER EVEN RESPONDED TO THE BBB'S COMPLAINT AGAINST IT. HOW DOES ONE GIVE "NO STARS"?????

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE!! THIS IS THE FLORIST FROM HELL!!!! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN! WE CALLED TO TELL THEM THE LADY THEY WERE DELIVERING FOR WORKED AT HOME AND TO GIVE THEM THE CORRECT ADDRESS, THEY SAID WE INCONVENIENCED THEM AND HUNG UP IN OUR FACE, I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND HE WAS RUDE AS WELL AND WOULDNT EVEN CALL THEIR CUSTOMER!!!! I DONT KNOW WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THIS BUT ITS CLEARLY OBVIOUS THEY WONT BE IN BUSINESS FOR LONG!!

My husband ordered flowers for me thru FTD and they were delivered by Creations from the Heart. Upon arrival I thought the arrangement was nice for a "just because I love you" gesture from my husband but the .99 Cent Store vase they used was too tall, or the flowers cut too short, making it look disproportionate. My husband was livid when he came home and saw it. He showed me a picture of what he ordered; a large, tall, beautiful arrangement with 8 roses and lots of pretty filler flowers in a clear etched glass vase that looked the price he paid for it. The only thing in common between the picture and what I received was the 6 roses.



It was too late for him to call and complain that evening so he called the next morning. He asked to speak to the owner and was told she wasn't there. The person he spoke to was rude and said the arrangement was exactly what he ordered. He called back on Monday, spoke to another rude person, and was again told the owner wasn't there. He's now taking the matter up with FTD.



Within 3 days the roses died before they opened.



Don't waste your money ordering flowers from Creations for the Heart.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. My husband ordered flowers through Wesley Berry and the flowers and delivery was performed by Creations of the Heart. Boy were we ripped off. The order was nothing like the description and picture, it was the smallest arrangement I have ever seen, not to mention the embarrassment that my husband suffered when they arrived.



I had to write a complaint letter to WB to try to fix the problem that Creations from the Heart would not rectify. Here's part of it...



"I contacted the florist (Creations from the Heart -(CFH)) to ask them if there was a mistake made in the order and they would not work with me. They said if we had a complaint to contact WB and WB will contact them. I told the lady that we did contact WB and that if WB had contacted CFH to rectify the order. She repeated herself, I tried to reword my question because it was obvious she did not understand what I was asking. My simple, basic answer/question was "Yes, we contacted WB. Has WB contacted you (CFH) to rectify the problem?" She repeated herself again and I repeated myself again. This cat mouse game continued over and over. It got to an impasse of non-information on their end and they then hung up on me. By the way I do hope you will no longer do business with them. They were evasive, unfriendly and not customer service oriented as they come."



Let this and the other people's negative comments be a warning to you. Do not use this business unless you want to be embarrassed and frustrated by their actions.



The only positive thing was the delivery man was exceptionally nice.

DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS HERE! My family received two floral arrangements for my grandmother's funeral that were dead when we received them immediately following the funeral (on 1/19/13 - I have never seen belles of Ireland fall after one day and the star lillies died as buds, never even opened). Both arrangments came from Creations from the Heart in Houston. On the day of the funeral, I tried calling both numbers (281 & 800) and got no answer or voicemail. As we were burying my grandmother on this past Wednesday, 1/23/13 and I was trying to get through an emotionally, physically, and mentally draining experience, I was unable to get back to this until the day after the burial. I called and spoke with someone who was very rude, talked over me, proceeded to hang up on me THREE times, even cursing/dropping the f* bomb at me the last time. I am appalled by their poor quaility and HORRID customer service to a grieving family, especially in lieu of theirr customer service guarantee. Again: DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS HERE!
