        Competent, Efficient, Professional Service

        Bill and Joanne Spearman are the kind of professionals I would want working for me if I owned my own business. When our hot water heater flooded the guest bedroom, Mr. Spearman promptly came over to assess the situation, gave us a reasonable estimate and then performed all work on schedule under budget. His staff always called before they arrived to confirm our appointment. When they showed up, they were well groomed and courteous, always taking time to explain their procedures and to answer any questions we had. We fully trusted their recommendations and are extremely pleased with the results they produced.
