VPI Properties

I want to give this place a 0 it is the worst rental company I have ever been with. My husband and I rented a place from them that they had totally remodeled the place is beautiful at first. Prior to moving in we saw a few roachs and the company came and took care of that. We had no problems at all at first then summer came around and the air conditioning in the living room unit wouldn't not work. I repeatedly called to get it fixed and no matter how much we complained it was never fixed. I have OCD and have my house spotless all the time. I started noticing mold and other issues with one of the bathrooms which went into the bedroom. Apparently they did not replace the walls and other problems that the prior renters made and just painted over it. Needless to say we are no longer living there and the landlord had enough nerve to keep our deposit and bill us an outragous amount stating that we owe him. I think not because I was on my hands and knees cleaning before we left the place. Do not recommend anyone to live at any of the properties unless you want to come out of pocket on everything. We also have friends that live at another location that the stove doesn't work and they reported it to them and they WILL NOT replace it. Told the couple that its on them and now they can't cook because they can't afford a new range. How lame is that any landlord would replace that range because it is their property. I would keep on with all the promises that they have made my family that they didn't fall through with, but I believe I made my point about this company. It only gets worse not better with our experience and close friends of ours.
