Anthony's Car Wash

I had my car washed on 9/25. At 5:30 I pulled into the detail area. As I sat and waited I watched several cars that had gone through the wash after me get detailed and drive off. After about 40 minutes of waiting, I went to the manager, Griffin to share my concerns. I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of concern. He proceeded to go talk to the workers for what seemed like 5-10 minutes instead of addressing them to pick up the pace and go in order. He then left one worker on my car while Griffin and 3 others worked on the remaining 2 cars. So 2 on each of the other cars and only 1 working on mine. His name is Jackson. Jackson was the only one that came to me and said how sorry he was for the trouble and the wait. He preceded to work hard to finish my car. By now it had been well over an hour and I was about to head out of town. So in order to help Jackson, I vacuumed the passenger side and cleaned all of the mats. Once the remaining cars left, Griffin never once came over to help. He sweep and talked but never addressed me at all. There were other workers standing and sitting around. Griffin obviously didn't encourage them to help Jackson. I felt bad for Jackson who was really trying to make things right but I had to leave before my car was completed. I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. Not once did Griffin ever address me. It was extremely disrespectful and rude. Being in the detailed area for over 1.5 hours was unacceptable. I have never dealt with Griffin before and will not again. 100% if Alfred (the other manager) had been there, none of that would have happened. He runs a tight ship and does not tolerate laziness. He is also pleasant and helpful all of the time. I have pictures if upper management is interested.

I have washed my truck there multiple times and for some reason they just can't get it right. The manager is never there to check the car before those kids are done with it and there always in a hurry so they always for get to do multiple things. So from my multiple experiences I suggest you go somewhere else specially when you get a 37.00 manger special and they still don't do it right.

Not very happy with the service I received March 21st, 2013. Was quoted a price on the phone and told a different price when I got there. The manager was nice and gave me the price quoted on the phone. He said he didn't want to get a bad reputation which was good. I paid $50.00 for a hand wax and was told after they vacuumed and Windex that my car was ready. I told them that I was supposed to get a hand wax. The man said okay and went back outside. Then another man came in and asked for my receipt. The lady behind the desk told him that I had paid for a wax. Very dis-organized people. Will not go back to that location again.

A complete DISASTER. No quality work what so ever.
