        Luxury in the Pearl is a unique, short term rental that fills the gap that hotels just can't. Even boutique hotels are great for a few nights stay in a new city. If you are planning on staying for a week or longer, however, a hotel just can't compete with a luxury condo. Anyone who spends time in hotels for business knows, no matter how nice the hotel is, living in a hotel just gets old. Having the extra space, which is typically 3 times the amount of a hotel suite along with a full kitchen, even if one plans to eat their meals out, provides a comfort that is paralell only to ones home or a stay with good friends or family. In addition, living in a residential area allows our guests the opportunity to experience the city as a resident. The Pearl district is a vibrant and dynamic section of Portland that offers tremendous variety with world class restaurants, galleries, and boutiques.There are no hotels in the Pearl district. Our goal is to provide a luxurious retreat, in the heart of the Pearl, for those who can spend a minimum of one week in Portland. Although we have secure underground parking, public transportation by way of a silent street car, effortlessly takes passengers through the entire city and beyond with direct connections to the MAX trains. Most people find that they rarely use their car unless exploring the extended areas for wine tasting, skiing, hiking or wind surfing in Hood River. Zip cars are easily available within a block of the condo and can be secured for hourly or daily use. Everything that our guests might want is right outside their door. We're happy to customize your experience further with unique ammenities such as food shopping, wine tours, guided hiking experiences for all fitness levels, private ski, snow board, wind surfing, kite boarding or photography lessons, all with seasoned professionals to name just a few. Curl up and relax in this beautiful, art filled living space or explore the wonders that Portland and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

        Concierge services, free: long distance calling in the U.S., secure wireless internet, printer/fax/scan, washer/dryer, secure underground parking for 1 vehicle and 2 bicycles, Blue Ray DVD and high def. TV. King size bamboo, organic mattress, luxury linens, 2 full baths, a studio/den with memory foam double bed. Most of the art appearing throughout the condo is from local emerging artists whose work is for sale. Some have their studios in the area and offer visits. We can arrange cleaning, food shopping, tea tasting intensives, rock climbing guide, hiking guide, ski/snow board instructor, nationally known photographer to provide in the field instruction and computer related workshop, psychologist offering intensive training in relaxation/stress reduction and dealing effectively with anxiety disorders. We can arrange wine tasting tours and just about anything that someone might want or need. We're very service oriented.
