International Convention and Event Services ( ICES ) specializes in COMPLETE convention, event, and trade show coordination and equipment rentals. We have a professional team with over eighty years of experience in this field whose talents have been applied on both local and international levels. As a service contractor, we may assist you in planning, design, production, and coordination of your conventions, theme events, receptions, banquets, business conferences, and trade shows. ICES employs a highly trained and knowledgeable staff who provide total professional services. Our experienced team has worked at every major hotel on all the Hawaiian Islands as well as the major convention and trade show sites such as the Hawaii Convention Center and Neal Blaisdell Center. We have also provided services throughout the continental United States and internationally from Japan to Guam. To satisfy the varied needs of our clients, ICES maintains an extensive inventory to meet the requirements of such items as carpeting, lighting, props, piping, and drapes. In addition, we are pleased to provide a COMPLETE transportation management system utilizing air, surface, and ocean carriers with sophisticated tracking and international capabilities for consolidation and expedited services. We are also able to store your supplies, equipment, and materials in our various warehouses.
