Donna's Cosmetic Tattoo

Honolulu, HI 5.0 star rating 9/14/2011 Donna did an excellent job on my top and bottom eyeliner. The first time I had it done was in California and the lady that did it charged me alot and did a terrible job. I came to Donna and she was so understanding and patient, and she corrected the job perfectly. She drew the eyeliner on first to make sure it was what I wanted, and then she numbed the area so it wasn't painful. She was gentle and professional...and made me feel like family. Weeks later she followed up with me to see how everything turned out. And i must say, her work was amazing. I would strongly recommend Donna because Cosmetic Tattooing is pricey and you want it done the right way the first time and Donna is the women for the job.
